Qualifications:
· Bookkeeping experience, especially accounts payable and payroll.
· Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word a must. Quickbooks preferred.
· Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and accurate.
· Excellent Communication skills.
· College preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
· Vouchering vendors, fulfilling regulations, follow up and analysis of problem accounts.
· Cash handling – collection to depositing and recording.
· Payroll preparation.
· Filing.
Assist in administration as necessary
